In a museum, park or vineyard: yoga in special places

Calm down and regain your inner focus: This works particularly well in beautiful places, as Lucia Linder from Freiburg realised. That's why she and her company Flying Mat Yoga have been taking asana exercises out of the studio for a few years now. For example, at the Seepark, on a roof terrace with a view of the cathedral, in a bookshop, at the planetarium or the Augustian museum. Or she combines yoga with music, a hike or a glass of wine at the state winery. Whether in the countryside or among art: slowing down is guaranteed!
