Traditional St. Anna Festival at St. Anna Chapel in Freiburg-Ebnet
The traditional St. Anna Festival at St. Anna Chapel in Freiburg-Ebnet invites everyone once again this year to attend a church service and socialize. To this end, the St. Anna Chapel Ebnet Association (St. Anna Kapelle Ebnet e.V.) will welcome visitors to the chapel at the eastern entrance to Ebnet on Sunday, July 26.
The festival will kick off—and reach its highlight—at 10:30 a.m. with an open-air Mass. The celebrant will be Bernhard Appel, former director of the diocesan Caritas organization.
Following the service, all guests are invited to a social gathering. The association will provide hot and cold beverages, coffee, cake, and hearty food.
The Annafest has been a long-standing tradition in Ebnet for many years and offers an opportunity to celebrate the feast day of Saint Anne together and to engage in conversation with one another.
