Lovers and collectors of antique toys can make a note of 22.02.2025 for a visit to the Freiburg Toy Fair. The fair has grown steadily since 1986 and is now one of the largest markets for antique toys in southern Germany and the border triangle.

Private exhibitors in particular present a well-assorted range alongside professional dealers at the 150 or so stands:
Model trains, model cars, tin toys, dolls, cuddly toys and unique rarities from the children's rooms of old - a visit offers numerous opportunities to buy, swap and talk shop. Anyone looking for relevant literature, accessories or spare parts will also find what they are looking for here. A test track is available for model trains.
If you still have a toy treasure from the past, you can find out more about it from the experts at the sales stands or have its current value determined.

The Freiburg Toy Fair is not only a popular destination for collectors, but also a meeting place for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the old days and feel a little nostalgia.

After a tour of the toy fair, the café offers the opportunity for a short break with coffee and cake.

The exhibition grounds are easily accessible by public transport. There are plenty of parking spaces available for those coming by car.
