"Vegan Medieval Cuisine" Cooking Class — Cook and Feast Like in the Middle Ages
A vegan cooking class where you’ll prepare delicious medieval dishes.
For anyone who’s interested in taking a culinary journey back in time to a different era.
Content:
Immerse yourself in the culinary world of the Middle Ages! In this special vegan cooking class, we combine historical recipes, traditional preparation techniques, and modern vegan cuisine to create a unique experience. After all, medieval cuisine is exciting, flavorful, and surprisingly modern.
What makes this class special: we cook with ingredients that were typical of the Middle Ages—no potatoes, tomatoes, or bell peppers. And, of course, no highly processed foods either. At the Veganwolf cooking studio, this creates an incredibly delicious journey through historically inspired culinary delights.
We prepare the medieval feast using flavorful, high-quality, and typically medieval ingredients. The menu features beets and root vegetables, mushrooms, spelt, barley, cabbage, legumes, nuts, and herbs. We’ll then feast and revel together in our cozy dining room. A true culinary event.
Ambience:
The rooms of our cooking studio: nostalgic and cozy, furnished with a retro touch. A cooking venue with a Black Forest vibe, a rustic dining room, and a new kitchen dedicated exclusively to vegan cooking classes.
Duration: Cooking, feasting, and enjoying ourselves… for four hours.
Nuts, flour, and other ingredients—if you have any allergies or food intolerances, please contact us in advance to confirm whether the class is suitable for you!
