Coffee: The long way from the plant to the cup (with tasting)

Coffee, the most popular drink not only in Germany, has a long way to go before we enjoy it. We want to take an in-depth look at this delicacy: Coffee varieties, growing areas and conditions, harvesting and processing, quality and trade, roasting and the many different ways of preparing it. The subsequent tasting of various coffees (including decaffeinated) will be exciting and informative, allowing us to get to know their variety of flavors. A visit to the Freiburg Coffee Museum rounds off the course.
