Hawara combines top modern cuisine with a sustainable concept in Freiburg-Wiehre. Run by Nicolai Heuer & Yannik Spielmann, who source excellent ingredients from their own vegetable garden and regional producers, the team creates a seasonally changing omnivore and vegetarian menu as well as a bistro à la carte menu on Wednesdays. The kitchen was awarded a red and a green Michelin star in 2025 - for culinary finesse and a strong commitment to the environment. The ambience is cozy and unpretentious, complemented by selected natural wines and homemade drinks. Ideal for guests who appreciate creative, regional delights in a stylish, relaxed atmosphere.
