In this compact workshop, movement exercises, bodywork and posture training are combined with relaxation techniques and breathing gymnastics, which can be used to help with stress, excessive demands in everyday life and to improve healing processes. The contents serve to improve understanding of the connections between stress factors and the immune system with the aim of developing a better awareness of healing processes through movement and relaxation. - Please bring: comfortable clothing and a (hand) towel to cover the mat.
