El Purica Coffee Roasters is a German-Costa Rican family business based in Pfaffenweiler (Au) with a mobile stand at the Münstermarkt (cathedral market) in Freiburg. The company offers high-quality Arabica highland beans, which are gently roasted on site using a drum roasting process. Customers receive individual advice, direct import coffee varieties with transparency of origin, fresh preparation on request (also ground or unpackaged) as well as special chocolate and cocoa specialties directly from the finca in Costa Rica.
