Volunteer Legal Guardianship
The introductory seminar is intended for people who would like to volunteer as legal guardians or who are already serving as legal guardians and would like to refresh their knowledge.
The basic seminar is also suitable for authorized representatives acting under a power of attorney for health care and for volunteers who provide care within a family setting. Theoretical sessions featuring a variety of case studies alternate with practical exercises. For so-called volunteer guardians, this training is a prerequisite.
The basic seminar, offered as an in-person course, is held twice a year. It is aimed at interested individuals from the city of Freiburg and the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district.
The course takes place on Tuesdays (September 29, October 6, 13, and 20) from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
