Three-quarter blood - Cheers to eternity

"Prost Ewigkeit" is the title of Dreiviertelblut's new live program and fifth studio album, which will be released on 16 May 2025. With the new songs, the Bavarian sound poets offer a musical companion for troubled souls in troubled times.

Like understanding companions, the songs on "Prost Ewigkeit" take their listeners on a journey through the highs and lows of being human. They revolve around the eternal quest, love, pain, happiness, loss, wisdom and stupidity - and end in a journey to the moon: nonsense and profundity meet when the oppressive realities on our planet exceed the limits of endurance...
The band confronts all of this with its own lightness, from which one realization emerges: that we find security in togetherness - and beauty in existence. Because nothing lasts and nothing ends, because everything is void and everything is important, we toast to eternity!

From rousing road movie numbers to tender ballads and overflowing festive songs, the new program covers the entire musical spectrum of Dreiviertelblut and paints a sonic diversity that celebrates life in all its colors: Cheers to eternity!
