For a mindful start to the vacations, this course consciously takes time for body, breath and mind. Participants will learn dynamic and static yoga exercises for breathing, flexibility and relaxation in theory and practice, which can also be easily used in everyday (professional) life. They help to release tension and blockages and increase the ability to concentrate. - Please bring: comfortable clothing, a (hand) towel to cover the mat and a blanket.
