Workshop: "Can I Really Act for MYSELF?"
"Self-care," "work-life balance"... Sometimes we just can't stand hearing these words anymore. Because they quickly start to feel like yet another reminder of what we're supposedly supposed to do better.
Yet we often know exactly what’s good for us, what we need, or what needs to change. And still, that first step is hard to take.
What does it take to truly take action for yourself?
In our bodymemory workshop, we approach this question in a playful and body-oriented way. Through movement, music, and mindful awareness, we explore which inner impulses set us in motion—and which ones hold us back.
It’s not about performance, self-improvement, or quick fixes. It’s about getting in touch with your own needs and discovering new ways to take action—in your own way.
You decide for yourself how you’d like to participate. Your experiences, your limits, and your own pace are at the center of the workshop.
As in all bodymemory workshops, we create a safe space where experimentation, pausing, and discovery are equally welcome.
