With a good memory, we can absorb new knowledge more easily, retrieve "stored" data reliably and remain more mentally agile. Learn how you can keep yourself mentally fit using concrete examples. We actively incorporate "curious" learning aids that can be used quickly and effectively. The prerequisite is to enjoy learning. In addition to training many brain functions such as concentration, associative thinking, perception, word finding, structuring, etc., relaxation, sensory exercises and especially movement are important components of this seminar. The workshop encourages, relaxes and stimulates mindfulness to do something about everyday "memory gaps". Also very suitable for older people!
