Forest bathing with nature coach Miriam Baldes

We start with an exchange about the health-promoting aspects of the forest and nature. Together you will fully immerse yourself in the forest atmosphere. Meditative walking and nature-related mindfulness exercises will lead you further into the forest area. Some breathing exercises with Qigong open the lungs, five sensory exercises are also carried out as well as a "solo time" on a tree or on a forest lounger, where you can sleep, dream or experience the forest awake.

Carpooling available from the Bad Krozingen tourist information office by prior arrangement.

Sturdy shoes necessary.
Each guest brings their own drink and snack.
Please bring appropriate clothing and a seat.
The event takes place in all weathers. Cancellation by the organizer in the event of thunderstorms, storms and heavy rain

Directions:
Turn off Hexentalstraße in the direction of St. Ulrich. After approx. 2.5 km turn left into the forest path "Käppeledobel" and park.
