An interactive weekend workshop for women in the perimenopause. In four compact sessions, current knowledge about hormonal changes is combined with practical tools from nutrition, training and relaxation and everyday tools are learned to go through the hormonal transition phase with energy and serenity. The aim is to empower women in this phase of life - with knowledge, specific strategies and a positive body image.
