Shiatsu is a holistic manual treatment method that is both relaxing and invigorating. Shiatsu uses touch, movement, stretching and visualization to harmonize the flow of Ki (the "life energy") in mindfulness. In the workshop, participants learn the method with self-treatments and exercises that can be easily integrated into everyday life. Note: A handout for the course can be purchased from the instructor for €2.50 on request. - Please bring: comfortable clothing, a (hand) towel to cover the mat, warm socks and a blanket.
