75 Years of Waldhof: “Round Table” — A Participatory Discussion Format (2-hour introductory workshop)

At the 'Round Table', citizen participation is the order of the day. The lecturers have been working with this format in the Black Forest community of Hinterzarten since 2024, have built a round table and have achieved amazing results: when people raise questions together and look for solutions, a flow is created at the round table. Artistically inspiring breadth and depth as well as simple conversation rules for mindful, decelerated listening and speaking help to achieve this. In this 2-hour workshop, Toni Bünemann and Tanja Martin invite you to experience a special togetherness and gain inspiration for your living and working environment. Invited are committed citizens, politically interested people, moderators and multipliers - everyone who is interested in getting to know the round table as a format for a better culture of dialog. Course leader: Bünemann, Toni Charlotte. Toni Bünemann is an education manager at the University campus Freiburg and founded the Round Table in the municipality of Hinterzarten. Tanja Martin is a psychologist and business economist, trainer, coach, learning facilitator and holistic entrepreneur. She creates spaces in which people can gain confidence and experience their strengths and relationships with others in a variety of ways.
