Lichtblick is one of the top culinary destinations in Freiburg’s Old Town and is located on the picturesque street "Konviktstraße", one of the city’s most beautiful streets. The focus is on seasonal and regional ingredients, which are transformed into creative dishes with great care and culinary artistry. The menu follows the changing seasons and offers a daily lunch special at noon, as well as à la carte dishes for both lunch and dinner. The selection is complemented by a multi-course chef’s menu in the evening. Selected wines from the Kaiserstuhl, the Markgräflerland, and other European wine regions complement the cuisine. The restaurant is a member of the Slow Food Association of Germany and places great importance on high-quality ingredients and authentic preparation.
