One Trick Pony

A pony that knows only one trick, but does it exceptionally well. That’s quite an understatement for this bar in the historic vaulted cellar. Here, they’ve truly mastered the art of crafting exceptional cocktails. But so is reading individual drink preferences like a book. The stylish, laid-back hospitality. Or the creation of a chic and slightly roguish underground atmosphere. This place feels more like Berlin than we Freiburgers would like.

A special feature is the regularly scheduled cocktail classes. On select Sundays, participants spend about two hours gaining insights into the world of cocktails, learning the basics of preparation, and discovering various techniques and ingredients. Custom group sessions are also available by prior arrangement.
