New Theater Season

To kick off the new season, Theater Freiburg invites you to a big opening weekend: featuring “Open Foyers” with a chill-out area, drinks, and surprises; bingo to help you discover the new plays; guided tours; and a public rehearsal of Shakespeare’s “Macbeth” (already sold out). Guests can also look forward to pizza and ice cream, drinks and drama, DJ sets, and performances by the children’s and youth choir—and, as the grand finale, a festive and lively concert featuring the Philharmonic Orchestra and conductors André de Ridder and Artem Lonhinov. Admission is free for many events. Tickets for regular performances and the opening concert are available online or at the theater box office.
