The workshop offers a conscious break from everyday life: time to pause, feel yourself and listen attentively to your inner self. It is about experiencing, perceiving and being. Through guided meditation, gentle movement and conscious self-reflection, a space is created in which inner peace can be found, your own awareness strengthened and impulses for personal growth can be taken away. The aim is to find inner peace and strengthen your own awareness. No previous knowledge is required. - Please bring: comfortable clothing, a (hand) towel to cover the mat and indoor shoes or socks.
