Telling your life - autobiographical writing (weekend)

Our memories, feelings, fantasies and observations get us writing on the first day. It is the moments of a moment that we want to capture. Short stories of our everyday lives. This doesn't mean long-winded memoirs like in the past, but text forms that playfully question a life and explore it in detail. A picture is created from many mosaic pieces and new ones are constantly being added. Using various creative techniques, we embark on a search for traces of personal life experience (heroine's journey). Associative, playful and meditative impulses encourage us to write. We will be inspired by relevant literature (you are also welcome to bring your own favorite book to the course). On the second day, we want to get closer to our personal voice in the text. Questions may arise while writing: In which time levels do I want to tell the story? Which form, which theme is in the foreground? How can I find my narrative voice and express my memories in a way that reflects my feelings? Using various creative techniques - associative, playful and meditative - we will continue the writing process and give personal memories a voice in a suitable format. A writing workshop for anyone who likes to write or wants to get into writing. Please bring along: Pens for writing, colored or felt-tip pens and writing paper or notebook; a memory from childhood: e.g. in the form of a photo, toy, etc.
