Go on a culinary journey of discovery on a walk through the city and try the best of the "simple things" in seasonally available samples. Experience the different tastes of selected fruit, for example, or taste various vegetable "pearls". Get to know special producers, traders and restaurateurs and talk to some of them about their work and products, benefit from their knowledge and approach the specialties on offer with a new perspective in an entertaining way. The sausage (also made from tofu) is a must on a tour of the market. The walk is enriched with cultural treasures and interesting facts along the way. A picnic with long-ripened cheeses from mountain pastures and bread from the artisan baker replace lunch. For coffee at a special place, you can enjoy something sweet and then two more tastings round off the day.
