The Ben Kindler Cooking School in Freiburg’s Old Town combines cooking classes, evenings of culinary delight, and culinary inspiration into a shared experience. The course program ranges from Asian, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern cuisine to regional dishes and themed courses focusing on fish, meat, vegetables, or seasonal specialties. Participants prepare the dishes together and then enjoy the meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
The concept is shaped by Ben Kindler, who brings his culinary experiences from Freiburg and his time abroad to bear on the course design. Tradition, regional flavors, and influences from various cuisines around the world form the foundation of his offerings.
The cooking school is centrally located on Wallstraße in Freiburg’s Old Town and can be easily combined with a stroll through the city, a visit to the Münstermarkt (cathedral market), or a tour of the historic downtown area.
