Children and youth bookstore Fundevogel

This bookshop was founded in 1986 by a collective of educators and other committed people - in a former living room.

Fundevogel has retained this living room atmosphere to this day: In its rooms in Marienstraße, right next to the Gerberau and opposite the Museum für Neue Kunst (Museum of Contemporary Art), you can browse for your favorite books in peace and quiet. Owner Charlotte Steinweg, who took over the store in 2024, and her team continue to focus on books for children and young people, but adults will also find a good selection here.
