Since late 2022, Restaurant Jacobi has been shaping the fine-dining scene in Freiburg with modern, seasonal cuisine of the highest caliber. In the heart of the Old Town, creative menus are crafted from carefully selected ingredients from South Baden, with a focus on their quality and origin. The concept combines a commitment to regional ingredients with innovative culinary artistry and has been awarded a Michelin star. Depending on the season, the menu features seven to nine courses and delights diners with delicately balanced pairings of fish, meat, and vegetables. From Wednesday through Friday, a smaller “carte blanche” selection complements the offerings; on Saturdays, lunch menus and rotating classics are added. The stylish, warm, and elegant ambiance, along with the view through the large kitchen window, make a visit here a special experience. The wine list also impresses with an exciting selection from young winemakers and small wineries.
