The program includes a colourful mixture of old and contemporary compositions in varying sizes, from bicinium to polychoral. Plenary work takes place on the first three mornings and on the last two days of the course, while the afternoons of the first three days are reserved for intensive work in small consorts (with a small number of voices). The evenings offer the opportunity for free music-making. Once again this year, part of the morning program is dedicated to further technical training on the tenor and bass recorder (breathing technique, tone formation, articulation and finger technique). Etudes and studies for tenor and bass recorder specially written by the course instructor will be used. In order to enable intensive work, the number of participants for this course is limited! -- Joint event with the IAM - Internationaler Arbeitskreis für Musik e.V., Bramsche-Malgarten. -- Please enquire about the costs for participation, accommodation and meals directly at the IAM, where you can also register, either by e-mail to info@iam-ev.de, by fax 05461.99 63 10, or via the website www.iam-ev.de. When registering, please let the IAM know whether you would like a room with or without WC/shower.
