In keeping with the semester theme, we will discover together how to prepare savory and sweet tarts and quiches and learn how to make these delicious French specialties. We will get to know different types of dough and learn how to prepare them. We will then look at a variety of fillings - from the classic quiche lorraine to the sweet tarte au citron. All recipes can be made vegetarian if required.
