Fräulein Brehms Tierleben, the only theater for native endangered animal species and mouthpiece for science, makes guest appearances at the forest house (WaldHaus) Freiburg on selected Sunday afternoons. This Sunday at 4 pm, Barabara Geiger, who created the Fräulein Theater in 2008, conjures Sus scrofa - The Pig out of her suitcase.
Muscular nose plows and curly hair, built-in refrigerators with heating function, eight-hour feeding days - no fattening pig can do that, only in the wild forest - an irrepressible curiosity and serenity when it comes to humans, that is the world of pigs that is revealed to the astonished audience.
The show is suitable for curious adults and children aged 10 and over. No registration required. Admission is free, donations are welcome.
The event is sponsored by Naturpark Südschwarzwald e.V. with funds from the state of Baden-Württemberg and the European Union.
Access is wheelchair accessible.
