We are living in challenging times in which the old solutions and ideas no longer work. The well-being of our society and our planet depends on the change in consciousness of each individual. We need to recognize our interconnectedness with the big picture and act accordingly. In this retreat we want to explore how we can reconnect with the source of all being. By creating islands of stillness in our everyday lives and returning to the present moment again and again, we open up a spiritual space. Then we live awakened, that is, in inner freedom and filled with compassion and joy. An optional morning meditation is offered at 7:00 am and an evening meditation at 7:30 pm. An overnight stay in the house is essential for building inner stillness and for this seminar concept. Participants are therefore required to book accommodation and vegetarian meals in the house in addition to the course.
