Exhibition: “The Hedgehog—Beloved, Endangered, and Worth Protecting!”

The hedgehog is unmistakable—no other native animal has a coat of spines! And yet, this small, resilient creature is having an increasingly hard time. What can we do to help? What does it really like to eat? And where does it like to live? When does a hedgehog really need help if we find one? Our outdoor exhibition provides answers to these questions along with practical tips about hedgehogs.

The exhibition can be viewed at any time from Oct. 1, 2026, through Dec. 18, 2026, outside the Ökostation.
