The eye, neck and jaw muscles are closely connected. If one is tense, the other is also tense. For example, if we constantly keep our head down, our jaw and eyes become rigid. In the workshop, specific exercises are presented and tried out to release this tension. You will receive a summary of the exercises in a handout. - Please bring: comfortable clothing, a (hand) towel to cover the mat, a blanket if necessary and, if available, an eye pillow.
