Wild Plant of the Month
Wild plants are the ancestors of all cultivated plants and have been part of our lives since time immemorial. They form the basis of life for many animals and remain an integral part of folk medicine and modern phytotherapy to this day.
From a culinary perspective, too, wild plants are every bit as good as cultivated plants. Each evening, we’ll explore all these topics and prepare dishes featuring the plants, always with a specific focus on the wild plant in question.
