The basics of non-violent communication are refreshed and consolidated. Participants practise communicating respectfully and sincerely (in a professional context) and listening empathetically to others. Own conflicts are structured and solved using role play as an example. New ways of dealing with how we can avoid or overcome stumbling blocks in communication are demonstrated. Aspects of communication that we may not have been aware of until now are brought into focus. For example, how we deal with our own boundaries and the boundaries of others.
