Course content:

This course is all about vegan cooking without the show, without specialty products, and without a thousand exotic spices. It’s about brutally uncomplicated and down-to-earth cooking that tastes great and is surprisingly easy to pull off.

You’ll learn the most important basic principles that let you create a complete, delicious meal from just a few ingredients anytime. You’ll discover how to create roasted flavors and how to bring creaminess and vibrancy to your dishes. Plus: how to whip up delicious vegan meals surprisingly quickly and affordably.

We intentionally cook with short ingredient lists and simple techniques.

And, since it’s a crash course: it’s also incredibly fast. The goal is for you to incorporate the ideas and tips from the course into your daily life and start cooking delicious, extremely practical vegan meals right away.
