Tourist Information Freiburg
Note: Due to construction work, the Tourist Information Office will be temporarily located at Rathausgasse 14 from August 1 to September 13, 2026. The temporary location is just a few meters from the regular location in the old town hall—in the blue building across from the O₂ store and the Lazzarin ice cream parlor.
The Tourist Information Office is now located within the historic walls of the old town hall. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have, provide you with a city map and brochures, or give you information about events in Freiburg during your stay. Please feel free to stop by! The striking, red sandstone facade will guide you right to us.
