The fascinating sound spectrum of a gong is powerful and suitable for deep meditative states of relaxation. The intensive gong experience is complemented and balanced by the inclusion of various singing bowls. This course enables a more pronounced gong experience through longer and more intensive gong phases. Nevertheless, the use of the gong remains within a mindful framework. The course starts on time, so please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the course. You can take part either sitting or lying down. - Please bring: comfortable warm clothing, a large cloth to cover the mat, a blanket to cover yourself and possibly a small pillow.
