The Busters - FETTE FIERZICH
In 2027, THE BUSTERS will turn forty. Sounds a bit like an anniversary brochure, a commemorative pin, and apple cake with whipped cream? Don’t worry—we’re nowhere near that yet!
Instead, from December 2026 through March 2027, the band will be touring under the affectionately self-deprecating motto “Fette Fierzich”—after all, THE BUSTERS have certainly accumulated quite a bit over four decades: experiences, stories, a few gray hairs—but definitely no desire to stand still.
Since 1987, THE BUSTERS have been known for passionate shows featuring an explosive mix of ska, rock ’n’ roll, reggae, and punk, along with a horn section that still regularly ignores any speed limit to this day. But THE BUSTERS also stand for a clear conviction: against racism, against exclusion, against turning a blind eye—and for openness and solidarity.
The “Fette Fierzich” tour isn’t some retro show you watch from your armchair—it’s pure, unadulterated The Busters energy: loud, wild, unifying, and full of attitude. Forty years of band history are just the beginning—and provide more than enough material for new stories.
