Dancing in spring

We celebrate spring with dances from international folklore and the meditation of dance. You will learn fast dances to lively, upbeat music as well as slow dances to contemplative, calm music. The dances will consist of simple step sequences that are easy to learn. Dance experience is not a prerequisite, but an advantage. The focus is on the joy of moving to music. A dance partner is not required.
