"Asparagus and wine festival" Opfingen

On May 17, 2026, the LandFrauen and Winzerkreis Opfingen festival association invites you to the 37th Asparagus and Wine Festival. The festival, which starts at 11.30 am at the Winzerschopf in Opfingen-Wippertskirch, promises to be a day full of enjoyment and entertainment.

Mayor Carolin Jenkner, head of the village Silvia Schumacher, Matthias Müller, chairman of the winegrowers' association, and Ines Schöllhorn, chairwoman of the LandFrauen Opfingen, will officially open the festival together. Musical entertainment will enrich the atmosphere and put the guests in a festive mood.

The asparagus and wine festival, which has been organized by the LandFrauen festival community and the winegrowers' association since 1988, offers a variety of culinary delights. In addition to various asparagus dishes, a rich cake buffet is offered by the LandFrauen. A small farmers' market presents regional products, while the Storchennest kindergarten offers freshly baked waffles.
