Sherry, port and Madeira (wine seminar)

The classic fortified wines from Spain and Portugal have a long tradition, but are only known to a very small audience in Germany. Oenologist Martin Schärli provides information on the history and production process of these special wines. The lecturer will pour a selection of different qualities of these complex and exceptional wines as samples and complement them with suitable appetizers.
