"Tell me, when do you feel alive?" She inspires you - a women's project

Every stage of a woman's life has its beautiful, challenging and difficult aspects. As there is less and less interaction between the generations in the family environment, our project aims to provide a safe space for women of all ages to share their experiences. Not only do the younger women benefit from the life experience of the older women, but the older women also learn about the changed circumstances, perspectives and developments in the lives of the younger women and thus gain new impulses for their own lives. It's about taking time for yourself & exchanging ideas with other women on certain "women's topics" with humor & joy, e.g.

- How do you experience being a woman?

-How do you experience partnership, friendship, motherhood?

- How do you cope with crises?

- What gives you strength in life?

On the introductory evening on 08.05.26, participants can agree on the topics and contribute their interests. Each meeting begins and ends with instructions on self-care and mindfulness.
