The "Round Table" (RT) is a dialogical discussion format based on non-violent communication and Bohmian dialogue. It was developed as a low-threshold listening and participation format at local level by the Museum am Bach in Ruden/Austria and has since been used many dozens of times in various locations. The aim is to get a wide variety of people talking to each other in a friendly atmosphere. The empty center of the table and the safe framework provided by the moderator help to focus on what connects people and to search for constructive ideas on the topics that move the participants. The course offers the opportunity to experience the magic of the round table and to reflect on which elements contribute to the success of constructive dialogs. Using simple discussion rules and a guideline, the attitude and moderation at the round table will be practiced. Practical examples will help to recognize and overcome difficult situations. Invited are committed citizens, politically interested people, moderators and multipliers who would like to use the round table in their own contexts as an impulse for a better culture of dialogue.
