Space for silence - space for you II

In the midst of everyday life, expectations and routines, we can easily lose touch with what is really important to us. Silence can be a place where the heart's desires become audible again - quietly, clearly, powerfully. This 8-week course series invites you to listen deeply: What in you wants to be seen, lived, brought into the world? In the protected space of silence, you can connect with what is really close to your heart - beyond external demands and inner drive. Each course unit is dedicated to a specific topic - from mindfully sensing your inner longings to the question of how your heart's desires can come to life in a powerful way. You can expect guided meditations, subtle impulses, valuable questions for self-reflection and mindful opportunities for sharing. A special component is music meditation: touching pieces of music invite you to listen in silence, open up and recharge your batteries - carried by sound. A course for people who want to give their inner voice more space.
