Rauch&Glut BBQ Lifestyle Expo 2027

Rauch&Glut is the BBQ lifestyle fair held in beautiful Freiburg at the perfect time in spring to kick off the grilling season.

Rauch&Glut focuses on a diverse selection of grilling equipment—including gas, electric, charcoal, and pellet grills, as well as smokers—featuring a wide range of brands and personalized advice. In addition, the fair showcases grilling equipment and accessories, grilled foods from regional butchers, outdoor kitchens, sauces, rubs, and spices, as well as unique beverages and much more.

The Grill Boulevard in front of the exhibition halls treats visitors to culinary specialties and demonstrations by exhibitors.

Rauch&Glut is rounded out by an extensive supporting program featuring barbecue shows and presentations, hands-on barbecue competitions, cigar seminars and tastings, as well as lounge areas where visitors can relax and enjoy themselves well into the evening.
