Rage Club is here to help you build a new relationship with your anger so that it can serve as a source of strength in your life.

Most people have an unconscious relationship with their anger. They live with the widespread belief that anger is “violent and uncivilized.” As a result, they suppress this vital resource and cut themselves off from its wisdom. As a result, they end up saying yes to everything, conforming, and being unable to set boundaries—or the suppressed anger unconsciously finds another outlet, which can actually be overwhelming and destructive.

Rage Club is a space where you connect with the mature and archetypal power and intelligence of anger. The focus here is on consciously feeling, expressing, and utilizing the energy and information your anger provides to create clarity, set clear boundaries, say what you want, make decisions, take action, and stand up for yourself.

This is a weekend to reclaim your access to anger—and with it, your vitality—and, with its support, to consciously shape your relationships, fuel your personal projects, and bring into the world what you’re here to do.

The Rage Club weekend will take place from September 25–27, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. on Friday to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday in Freiburg

The fee for the entire weekend is: €180–390, based on your own assessment. Friday evening features an introduction to Rage Club, which can also be attended separately. The fee for this is: €20–60
