Sexuality can be a source of joy, closeness and fulfillment - but also of insecurities, misunderstandings and unspoken desires. Questions arise such as: "What do I want?", "How can I talk about my desire?" or "Why do I find it difficult to communicate my needs?"

In this three-part offer, we create a safe space to deal with our own sexuality, our desires and boundaries.
