In "Abseits" (Berenberg Verlag, 2024), Ulrich Rüdenauer tells of the life of a nine-year-old who grows up in an emotionally cold environment after the end of the war. The location of his parents is a mystery that runs through the story of this lonely childhood, where the only safe place is the meadow over the hill. Our monthly "literary morning sport" is open to all reading enthusiasts; registration is requested.
