Curator's tour: ONCE HE, ONCE SHE

Lisa Bauer-Zhao takes interested visitors on a tour of the exhibition "MAL ER, MAL SIE", which she curated at the Museum für Neue Kunst. The focus is on the works of Artur Stoll (1947-2003) and Olga Jakob (*1985). Both artists share an interest in color, both seek the simple, obvious and concentrated. The fact that their works are nevertheless completely different makes a juxtaposition of Stoll's large-format oil paintings and Jakob's "textile paintings", some of which are mobile and expansive, particularly appealing.
