Singing bowl meditation can be a way to relax. After a brief theoretical introduction, the participants lie on a mat and listen to the sounds of the different bowls. The melodious and harmonious sounds have a calming effect on body and mind. In the long term, participants can find more serenity and recharge their batteries. The course starts on time, so please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the course. - Please bring: comfortable warm clothing, a large cloth to cover the mat, a blanket to cover yourself and possibly a small pillow.
